Food and service were both great! We had a large group but our server took it in stride, took our orders in a way that got our food out in good time.
Awesome meal but was highly disappointed that I could not use a coupon for my meal just because of my dad's birthday dinner. Also service was a little iffy but I'll definitely be back. Love the lobster tail.
Worst experience I have had in a long time. Food was brought out cold had it remade and the manager took it upon himself to put it in a Togo container without asking me... Would have been nice to at least have the chance to eat my $20 plate hot I guess he assumed since it took 15 min to remake I would just want it to go and couldn't even bring it to my table himself. Had it for lunch the next day and it was awful (shoe leather). Will never return to this establishment again

Last time I was here for a Birthday I got steak,and it was very tough. So then I came back on free kid day and went with ribs. They had that left over taste. Ick. I do like the environment and everything else was wonderful diwn to the service.I do feel like their meat has gone down hill.
Not fair though, I had to pay half on my lunch when they said free Birthday meal, but it's all gravy, enjoyed my twin anyway. We had to ask for bread and it came out burnt and the walnuts in my salad was stale other than that it was okay.

We had a great dinner here. The lobster Mac & cheese, smoked turkey and pulled pork were delicious. We will definitely be returning here on our next visit to Kalamazoo.
Was visiting from out of state. Stopped in and was very happy with the friendly staff. The food was amazing.
Finleys has been one of my favorite restaurants in Kalamazoo since I have been 10 years old (since adulthood I have been to most of the restaurants in the Kalamazoo area). Finleys always has friendly service and the food is like a homemade dinner. It is my go to place when I can not make up my mind because I am always satisfied when I go there.
We have had good & mediocre meals here. When we were in this week it wasn't so good. Our ribs were just shy of cold. My baked potato wasn't hot and the squash was like pureed baby food. Wasn't our waitress's fault, the kitchen obviously had a problem that day.
