The last 3 times we have been there, Our server has screwed up our order. We had the same server all 3 times. Last time asked for Manager and he did nothing. Very bad customer relationship. Saturday was the worst. Our order was totally wrong. It ended when i received the wrong ticket. Manager didn't even try to resolve the problem. We left saying we will never come back. I also sent an email to whoever on their website. Never heard a word. Will not ever recommend to anyone.
Been there more than once for their awesome bbq. Hard to beat it, and the service is top notch too.
Went tonight for my daughter's birthday, Ordered the Shrimp, lobster mac & cheese. Half way through found a piece of a blue metal twist tie in the bite I took. Told the waitress, she got the manager, and all he could do was offer me something else. After that I really did not want anything else. Thought they would at least comp my meal, but no all they did was offer a dessert, well I'm a diabetic so that was out. Love! Love! LOVE this restaurant. Great food and service. Been going here since they opened and have never had a reason to complain.
The food was good the service was great. Also really liked the patio
I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately you have to give at least one. Save your money and go to MacDonalds...the food and service is superior to Finley's.

We have attempted to eat here several times. Everytime we go, they are always out of their smokehouse meats and items. How can you be a smokehouse and not keep enough meat on hand to feed your customers?!. We just walked out. Good luck eating here!
