Despite great waitress who really tried hard to compensate for repeated kitchen hiccups � they forget lobster added to baby back rib order, French fries very oily/ not crisp and replacements were served to other patrons so we never got them and a prime rib was very fatty and inedible. Had hoped for improvements after past disappointments with foods ordered and plated poorly. Sorry �
Worst dining experience ever please save your money
Service was not good. For one thing, didn't get all my order, no dressing for salad, one coffee refill, tepid food, etc. Use to love coming here Now I'm not sure I'll be back here anytime soon. Very disappointed overall

Normally we love Finleys, but this time was just awful. It was slow in the restaurant but still took us FOREVER to get our order. When we did get our food, they were missing an item (mac& chz). I told the waiter two different times. It took 15 min to get all 10 noodles which were ice cold. We asked someone to take our card because we waited so long to get the food we had to get going. She told us we would have to wait until our server was done taking his parties order. Very very dissatisfied. We won't be back.
Unfortunately this Finley's has become a running joke in our family. Everytime we go there they are out of several key menu items. Last night they were out of the beer my wife ordered. They were out of baby back ribs. Bread and brisket. It has become too frustrating to go there wondering what that would be out of today.
Food was tasty, service was good. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and was disappointed with the quantity for the price. Other than that will likely return.
