I tried to use attorney finley thru arag legal services regarding an encroachment. He refused to return phone calls and explain things over the phone saying he "sees no need to call" even after multiple requests for a return call thru email and a voicemail.It is easier for me to understand things when clearly talked thru regarding legal mattes.
