As I explained at the time of the appointment, I had made the appointment with Dr. Katzen and if he was not going to be available for the appointment I want to be notified before I arrive. Getting to the appointment and being told he was not there was not acceptable.

It is great that after the six month time frame between appointments the staff still remember details we discussed at the last appointment. It makes me feel more at home and that they care more for my well being.
