The checkout process was time consuming. It seemed the software used is not intuitive or business process oriented so that the check out person could easily setup 3 appts for me.
I've never had a negative experience at FDA. Customer service is always friendly, professional and caring, and the dental team has always provided me with great service and helpful advice. I feel that I enjoy a consistent rapport with Dr. Katzen and the entire team (Vicki, Eva, and all of the front desk staff). I recommend the Office and Practice to everyone, and I hope to keep coming to FDA long into the future!!

My hygienist was wonderful. That said -- and I know it's not always feasible -- I really like having the same hygienist, Vicki, every time because she already knows my dental history and I do like the continuity I have with her. Also I really like Dr Katzen and I'm trying to get my husband to change to him!

The reminders received by email and text indicated we had two appointments when in reality there were three. This caused some confusion.
My daughters hygienist was GREAT and I wish I got her name.
Not sure if appointment was rushed...floride was overlooked and I had to ask for take home toothbrush etc.
Everone was super as usual!!
