For someone who used to be petrified, it speaks mountains for me to be able to say I love coming to FDA. They are familiar with me and check in on "how I've been" as soon as I sign-in. They value what I've wrote in my notes about being nervous/scared. During my cleaning my hygenist started out talking about my fears and let me know that she understood. I only had to wait 10 minutes, but I was notified personally, and I did not mind the short wait. I ALWAYS see Vicki Stark and I appreciate her professional, yet personal attitude and personality.
