Great Dental Practice. I would recommend Dr Katzen and team to family, friends, and strangers. To me, pain management is key. During my many visits, I have never felt anything more than an occational slight initial poke during the numbing process. Dr Katzen also checks to make sure tooth is completely numb before starting (and will apply more novocaine if needed).
