Had a great experience with my 1st tooth whitening with the applied light process. Front end staff were very nice, to begin with. Tech "Eva" explained each step. She was gentle, thorough & friendly. The dentist came in for a quick exam and was very personable. I expected sensitivity afterwards based on my use of OTC products and was pleasantly surprised to have none at all!
