Your office is awesome except for the billing department. I was in and out in no time flat and everyone was so polite and nice and thorough. But we keep getting asked about a mouth guard that your office got pre-approved and yet you all still want us to pay for it. Not sure why.
Finksburg Dental Clinic is GREAT! Each time I've had an appointment, the send reminders via email and text. The wait-time to be seen is minimal, and the office and space is clean and presentable. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient!
