Service is great. They are available even in an emergency. I'm waitness. Everyone is friendly. I use to be nervous about going to the dentist. But not anymore.
Very pleasant and courteous staff. The dental hygienists and dentists are all excellent. Always taken back within a few minutes of arrival. The 6-month courtesy reminder that the office sends out is always very helpful.
I walked in with horrible pain that turned out to need a root canal done. I was given pain relief within minutes and out of the office within an hour. Staff was great and sympathetic and doctor was quick and got the job done to ensure my relief. This place is up-to-date with technology and has a comfortable feel. This will be my dentist for as long as I live here.
Going to Dr. Finkbine's office is like going to visit family. We have a busy house with four kids. When we moved here 11 years ago, my neighbor told me about this wonderful dentist office and we have been with the Finkbines ever since. The office staff has watched our kids grow up. They have also helped one of my children work through her fear of the dentist. Whew, that's patience! We love this office!!
Everything was 1st class as usual.
