Friendly and professional. I am grown woman that is afraid of the dentist. But the staff at Finkbine are so friendly and so sincere about you making you comfortable that I don't mine going to the dentist. So when ever I am face with a situation I don't hesitate to call, I found out about the "Finkbine Family" from a young lady at my church. She has beautiful teeth. So I complemented her on how beautiful her teeth was and asked what was the name of her dentist. And the rest is history. They all are Sweetheart. God bless them.
