Bad company that don’t fix repairs, goes through multiple property managers and are greedy and lie. When my lease is up I plan to mov right away . They also entered my home a few times without authorization
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience with fine homes property management. Everything has been seamless and uncomplicated. Jody has been helpful and always responds quickly, regardless of the situation. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Impressed! I recently decided to build a home and rent out my current one. Michelle was super helpful and guided me through the "landlord" process as I had never rented to tenants before. I shopped around to a few other Management companies but kept coming back to her. She was very knowledgeable and just made me feel more comfortable. She was able to rent my home for $200 more than I was thinking I could get.
