The past week has been an absolute nightmare of experience applying for a home managed by fine homes. Our application was denied due to an “inability to verify income” even though I spent an entire week going back and forth with Kimberly, submitting 8 months of bank statements dating back to October 2025 as well as profit and loss statement from my accountant - all documents showing my income at well over the required 3x monthly rent. Bad company that don’t fix repairs, goes through multiple property managers and are greedy and lie. When my lease is up I plan to mov right away . They also entered my home a few times without authorization
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience with fine homes property management. Everything has been seamless and uncomplicated. Jody has been helpful and always responds quickly, regardless of the situation. Can’t recommend highly enough!
