Just bought our 6th Volkswagen, the last two from Findlay VW. Teresa Golden and Neal Copolla, were great. By far, the best new car buying experience ever!

Volkswagen of PHX charges $380 for a 60k tuneup - Findlay Volkswagen of Flagstaff charges $581 for the EXACT same tune-up..... I have been to Findlay six times and have been disrespected, bluntly lied to and mislead almost every single time! Finally, my boyfriend took my car in for me, they gave him a different quote than they gave me two hours prior!!!! Every Volkswagen is independently owned, THIS IS THE WORST!!! Won't be back. Bought a car in December 2015 and had about one month of feeling good about Findlay Volkswagen. Since then it's been awful dealing with their service department.
I came into the appt. right on time after conveniently scheduling the day before online. All I had to do was select the maintenance I wanted and select a time available that worked for me. The service technician was polite and to the point about what was going to be done. It didn't take long but I was prepared for a wait anyway. Positive experience all around, magazines to read and complimentary snacks but I brought my lunch and read alittle of the TIME magazine there. Paid the bill and got a car wash.
