I just purchased a Passat at Findlay's and was very impressed with the experience. Both Deyanne and Travis were fantastic. There were patient, professional and prepared me to drive my new vehicle. The prices were very competitive. I am so glad that I chose this dealership and would recommend it to anyone who wants to own what I consider the best vehicles on the market.
I have taken my vehicle here on several occasions. This place is amazing! They are very professional and were more than happy to hold my vehicle if I was out of town and couldn't immediately pick it up. They offered competitive prices to the other mechanics in town, and I usually opted to take my vehicle to these guys. They know me personally and are knowledgeable about their work. Fantastic.
Another positive service appointment. Jonathon is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I split time between Flagstafff and the valley and choose to service at this dealer due to the quality of staff and work.

Flagstaff Findlay Volkswagen sold a car a week ago and paid for the guy's plane ticket to pick it up. Last night my daughter was looking at it (her first car). NOT ONLY DID THEY OFFER HER A TEST DRIVE of that exact car, but they told her they would give her a quote and set an appointment (Ian and Travis). That was 4pm yesterday. NEVER GOT BACK TO US. I was attempting a road trip in my 1982 West Diesel from Kalamazoo,Mi. to a wedding in California when I experienced overheating problems at the Grand Canyon. I had the vehicle towed to Findlay Volkswagen Flagstaff where the help and service was beyrond anything I have ever experienced in my 82 years on this planet. Super! Don't buy a car here. They offered me 5k trade in for my Honda civic SI in beautiful condition. Took that car to Burge VW in Gilbert, AZ and got $8250. I paid $1000 more for a brand new GTI then they were asking for a year old GTI with 20k miles. Never do any business with these rip-off artists. You will save THOUSANDS buy driving down south.
