We were traveling to Grand Canyon, when our Audi kept making scraping noises in the wheel well. My husband braked several times while backing up. Eventually he thought he fixed it, but the kind service manager put the car up on the rack and verified we were good to go. No charge. Peace of mind, priceless.
I have always had a great experience from Findlay VW since I purchased my Tiguan in 2011. The last one was last Tuesday and I must say that the woman (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name) at the front desk showed a great deal of efficiency and professionalism. First impressions count.

VW is one of the worst vehicles to get, it freaking leaks from everywhere and the damn parts are expensive as hell for a working man, smh i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. Never again.
