I had pretty good customer service, I did find upon returning that my sales person was gone and some stuff left behind was still there,when I was assured it would be sent to where it need. And they use prestige financial as a lender and this alone will make me never come back!! They are rude unprofessional have a 1 star rating many bbb complaints. The company is not about customer service.
