I hope that $15 was worth never having a repeat customer. My car loan is paid up until Dec 2017. I didn't make a payment last month and you service charge me? Then no one answers the phone when you call. I will never deal with your business again?
Was in a few weeks ago with my bf. Everyone was genuinly friendly which = good customer service. Joined yesterday, again super friendly staff, helpful, excellent customer service!!!
How do you not communicate basic things to your customers? Definitely looking for a different, more informative credit union. Wish I could give 0 stars
