I have had two auto loans through Financial Plus- they have always offered competitive rates, great customer service, and convenient locations. When you call you speak with a real person which is very important to me- I am impatient. They have been incredible to work with and I refer everyone I know.

I hope that $15 was worth never having a repeat customer. My car loan is paid up until Dec 2017. I didn't make a payment last month and you service charge me? Then no one answers the phone when you call. I will never deal with your business again?
