very unprofessional. Recently my husband passed. I continued making payments on our car. in the process of setting my own banking, discovered did not gave complete account number. called this bank for info. would not give it to me, said if I mailed payment with what I had of acct number, I would be good. A week to 10 days later, asking me to surrender vehicle. Supposedly, their contract does not allow surviving widows to continue payments. Now the payoff amount has changed. nope been harassing us daily about 100 bucks even though no one is working cause virus won't let us freeze our payments .or defer till lockdown is over smh terrible credit union what are about themselves go to any other credit union trust me this place isn't the same as it use to be

Going downhill fast. Rude customer service rep I talked to today blew off my problems of not getting payments deposited into my account. She didn't even look into it or pull up my account info. Previously they sold me on an investment advisor that was on-site. He ended up never responding to emails or calls, and then left his position last fall.
