Most difficult financial institution I had ever dealt with! Switched back to Chase after a year with them.
I've been a member for over 40 years. When I joined it was the only one allowed direct deposit from my job at GM. They have and still are the worst experiences I have had with any financial institution. I'm done with them. I should have switched years ago.
Train their agents to actually CARE about the customers and the customer experience. Get watchdog programming on the Bill Pay to ensure double payments within seconds or minutes are caught and validated as correct or error.
These people were paid diligently for 47 payments on time and every time! When we went to apply to get a newer used car we were turned down! Customer loyalty means nothing to them. Even if you are an existing customer, they could care less.
Terrible service. Have a car loan through this bank. If all you need to do is have an account to deposit your paycheck then you are probably fine, but if you need to do any actual banking go to a real bank or credit union, not this place.
This is the worst bank ever. I had an auto loan with them and never got any paperwork at all. I had to call numerous times to try and get a payment book. Got fed up and paid it off so I did not have to deal with them. Now I am still waiting for title paperwork that has yet to arrive. Just awful. Do yourself a favor and don’t use!!!

Never will I bank with this financial institution again. They close accounts without sending notifications that it is being done.
