We have been members since 1974 and have been very satisfied with their service. Much better than dealing with a bank.
Every time I use the drive thru or come inside the lobby the wait time is excessively long. Never enough staff. It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time. (I’ve tried all). I’m ready to close my account.

I have had Financial Plus as my bank on 3 different occassions and had a car loan with them also. They are professional, not rude, handle things the way they should be. Their call center is great and I've never had a banking issue with them. Whenever I have to go inside and use a teller line, I don't wait and it's a pleasant experience. I have been a member for 9 years and I have noticed they are starting to care less and less for their members the bigger they get. It is very disappointing.
