at the southside location had to close my stepsons mothers IRA after she passed in a car accident they lost our custody papers to prove we had custody changed branch managers a few times in the month it took to get it handled come to find out the beneficiary wasn't even my stepson it was my husband after a month of problems and having to go get the papers from the courthouse and we don't even live in des moines had to make a handful of trips there for no reason after all I would never go to this credit union
