I have been a member since 2013 and I have done my business with the ingersoll location..There is 2 wonderful caring and compassionate ladies that have truly been there for me while dealing with my hardships..Faiza and Sandy went above and beyond working with me through troubled times...I am blessed as well As Financial Plus for these ladies and their great work ethics..I wish them the best in their employment careers with Financial..I tip my hat to you lovely ladies..God Bless You Both!! I’ve been a member of over 38 years and exclusively bank with FPCU. I just refinanced my auto loan and Jennifer was able to lower my interest rate and save me a significant amount on my monthly payment. I highly recommend checking them out.

I have been a member of this bank for nearly 18 years, I wouldn't bank anywhere else. Staff is excellent, I trust Bridgette with taking care of all my banking and loan needs, she is knowledgeable and professional. She makes you feel like you're not just a customer, that you're an important member of the credit union.
I want to thank Bridgette Raleigh for helping me out when I needed help with affidavitt to be nortirized and scan to myself and the company! Bridgette also help me with my personal loan in the past in a timely fashinon! I really appreciate her kindness and support! I wanted to let you know that I appreciate the positive influence!
FPCU is by far one of the best credit unions, especially the West Des Moines location. They have always been incredibly helpful. Jennifer is great to work with and the kindest manager I've ever met.
