After being a customer at Financial Plus C/U for 26 yrs, I was completely disappointed with the way I was treated for a car loan last August. I've had several loans through them, and always paid off early... Also, never missed a bill payment in my life... with a credit score of over 850... They wanted tax returns since I've been self employed for 14yrs. Basically, told them to buzz off! Go else where to build a relationship with financial institution! They are a waste of time!
I've been a member forever. I love everything except the online banking (hence 3 instead of 5 stars). I have to enter my id and password multiple times before it will sign me in. Then when I click to do bill pay or check transactions it boots me out. Then the multiple sign in attempts are repeated. I've used Firefox and IE. IE will not let me access bill pay. The phone app works better as far as signing in and viewing but you can't transfer or bill pay thru it. Very frustrating.
