E. Euclid location: We took our grandchildren to the credit union to deposit their piggy bank money in account. We are trying to teach them early. No smile, no welcome, no customer service at all. One would think the staff would want to encourage the next generation but completely uninterested in the transactions. So, when I come home to a letter for the Kirby roller skating party, feels pretty disingenuous.
My wife and I recently re-financed our home with Erik at Financial Plus and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Unlike the typical large banks, the entire process took just a few weeks and Erik kept us well-informed from start to finish. We have been members of Financial Plus for many years and have always been impressed with their quality of service. They truly make you feel like a member rather than a number. Thanks again to Erik and the entire team at the WDM location of FPCU. You guys rock!

I paid off my loan over 2 years ago, they still haven't removed the lien from my car and I STILL dont have my title after fighting and doing ALL of the leg work between the crappy credit union and dallas county... what a joke!!!! also If you go in and ask for information retaining to YOUR CAR TITLE they will refuse to tell you anything and or help you out. highly recommend to choose another place, "manager " Jennifer is stand off-ish and super rude.... my car my title MY INFORMATION
