I used Financial Freedom Mortgage to process a loan refinance and I must say their company processed my loan effortlessly! Everything the reps claimed would happen just as planned and that made the process that much better. It truly was a blessing to our financial headaches (as covid caused a huge impact to our finances) so receiving the call to consider refinance was right on time. We decided to not pursue with the Mortgage Lender Financial Freedom Mortgage. To this date they are not returning my calls and have not reimbursed me for the amount of money I put out for the Appraisal they charged me for. They have not provided me with a copy of the Appraisal that i paid for. Prepare to loose your time dealing with them and be ready to loose your Appraisal amount $485. Terrible. Ex-husband is trying to refinance. A rep came to the house for settlement without knowing we were both on the mortgage and deed. The guy rescheduled and we never heard from him again. They requested the same paperwork several times and never answer the phone. This was started in September and there is still no settlement.
Negative 10 would be my score. My experience with Financial Freedom Mortgage, LLC is leading me to possibly contact the Police to press charges for theft of my financial records. Have repeatedly asked them to return paperwork with nothing to show for it. Be alert. After signing in to BBB, I discovered several other folks who have had the same problem. Financial Freedon Mortgage, LLC provided a competent and professional refi mortgage process. The Loan Originator communicated well on the phone with clarity and sensitivity to my questions. I was very impressed with the visit to our home by one of their vice presidents. I highly recommend them for refi mortgage services.
