I had a pleasant experience with financial freedom mortgage. They were able to refinance me in a unique way, offering service I didn't think I would be able to get,, beyond the normal refinance process. This was the only company willing to help us refinance our mortgage. I'm self-employed and I had so much trouble finding a company to help me and my family refinance our house. Financial freedom was very thorough and they promised to get me refinanced and they did. My loan officer Kareem was great he kept me informed of the process the whole way. He always called to let me know each step of the way how the whole loan process was moving along. I would recommend them highly.

I thought the service provided was very good. I like the fact that everything came to me via docusign and I didn’t have to supply too much paperwork. The employees that dealt with me were conscientious and good at follow through. I would recommend this business.

Process took a little longer than expected, but I was told it could take long. I thought I could've refinanced at a lower percentage than 2.75 but other than that, service was pretty good. I also got more than I expected back from the cash back. Isaac B
