The team at Financial Freedom Mortgage LLC was amazing in every way while refinancing our home. The loan officer Alyssa E***** and her assistant Alann ********** were very helpful and patient in answering in answering all our questions as we went though the loan process. the appraisal director Melissa ***was key in helping us get the appraisal conducted in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Financial Freedom Mortgage LLC to our family and friends. Thank you all for making this process so easy.

I would highly recommend Financial Freedom. They did a great job on the refinancing. **** ******* was very knowledgeable on getting the ball rolling. ****** ****** was *******! She carried us throughout the process even when others working on my refi went on vacation! I was very impressed with her ability to keep us informed and to respond to our phone calls. The company is Very fortunate to have her on their team!

In January of 2021 I was referred to *** ****** ***** to investigate pursuing refinancing of my mortgage. It was a bit hectic at first mostly because everyone was refinancing at the time but ****** took the time to explain the process to me and guided me every step of the way. He kept me informed and delivered on his promises. I saved almost $200.00 a month and am very pleased with my new mortgage company and ****** and Financial Freedom Mortgage. I would highly recommend Financial Freedom Mortgage. Like most people looking to buy their first home or refinance you go to the internet and search for the best rate. When you initiate this query online you receive approximately 20 calls from various mortgage companies trying to sell their service with promises of we got the best rates, we have the lowest fees, fastest close etc,.etc. I talked with many of these companies and went through the pre-qual process, who most it the time was a customer service rep with little know... read more

I want to first start out by saying I had a great experience with this company. ****** *****, who was my licensed loan officer, was the best! Very professional! If I could somehow promote him to management I would. Every licensed loan officer should help people out, keep them informed and just be as nice as ****** was to me. I can't say enough how much he helped me out. He gave me an update every day on how my loan was going and what he needed from me to process my loan quickly. I had a pleasant experience with financial freedom mortgage. They were able to refinance me in a unique way, offering service I didn't think I would be able to get,, beyond the normal refinance process. ****** ***** and his team was able to pull off my refinance package even with my not so perfect credit score. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. I will be referring a few of my friends. I worked with ****** ***** on Re-financing my Mortgage. I first I was very skeptical. They assured my that the refinance would take only 3 weeks and that just was unheard of in this market. ****** reached out to me several times and assured me each time that things would work out. ****** was very professional and pleasant . Our experience with Financial Freedom Mortgage was a very good experience. We had difficulties with the appraiser but ****** our refi agent did a very good job in getting us to closing. I recommend them and have been satisfied with our mortgage payment process. Throughout the process of refinancing, *** did all it had promised in the initial loan interview.
