I started working with Paul @ financial freedom mortgage.I told him what I was looking for for his company.I wanted a refinance done.i told him where my credit score was funds home was located gave W-2s pay stubs and everything else that was needed. They’re not really good at keeping customers informed of what’s going on with the loan process. Especially the woman I’m working with she doesn’t pick up her phone or call back. Not good at all

Changes in employment status did not make us the greatest candidates for a refi. Diane and the team told me that they were there to work with folks like us, who were honest and hardworking, but not qualified in the eyes of some banks. I was skeptical at first - but everyone on the team, Cameron, Jasmine, etc., worked so hard to help us. Guess what? We qualified and even got cash out for some home improvements! I would highly recommend Capital FFM,LLC who helped me refinance my mortgage loan as they promised me since day one. My loan officer Kareem was professional, dedicated, and went above and beyond his call of duty to insure that my loan got approved. Kayla my loan processor was very knowledgeable and professional, both were in contact with me even after office hours to ensure the approval and processing of my loan. A big thank you to all the staff that helped me with my loan!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Kareem Jasmine and Alicia at financial freedom mortgage. They did exactly what they promised they stayed in touch with me on a daily basis and they got my refi approved and closed within the time frame they promised!! I would definitely reach out to them in the future and refer any of my friends to them and let me tell you mine was not an easy case but once again they did exactly what they promised and got my refi close!! They are the best!!

They made everything as easy as possible for us. And we needed a lot of help. Kareem, personally, was very helpful and supportive during the process from beginning to end.
