They went above and beyond did whatever it took to get me a refinance great job
I was very surprise by the fast, efficient way in which my refinancing was done. Everyone involved was very professional, but at the same time very friendly. At times I was worry because it was too good to be true. I want to express my sincere thanks to all involved.
I had located Financial Freedom from the Internet and they were able to get my refinance done when no one else wanted to touch it due to my DTI ratio but Furquan ******and his team of experts were able to get it done and save me a lot of money with a much better interest rate kudos to FFM and everybody who worked my deal I will be back soon with another refi as long as the rates don't go crazy
I highly recommend Financial Freedom Mortgage. My experience was pleasant and non-stressful. Everything they said they would do happened. The appraisal of home took a little longer than anticipated as they are dealing with a third party. The appraiser came on time and on the appointment date. Financial Freedom Mortgage gave my case professional and transparent care. I was given a full picture of what they needed from me to close in a timely manner.
My service with First Financial Freedom Bank was pretty good. Although i didn't get financed as soon as I wanted they treated me very nice and were very helpful. Should i decide to refinance again i would consider doing it with them possibly again.
We all know things are crazy nowadays. So did the process go "perfectly"? No. It took longer than expected, and the loan actually processed on the LAST day possible before I'd receive a negative credit hit (it was a refinance and the payment to my previous mortgage company was overdue). So why am I still giving 5 stars? Because the whole time no matter who I spoke to I was assured everything would go through, and that's exactly what happened. First let me be very clear I was worried about this deal. I must say that thru the process when I called I always got a call back. I credit the great customer service that I received to Mr. Kareem ******This was a life changing event. I am now able to say I am not worried about my future.
