Lovely Flower Shop – I bought flowers from here a few times and the owners are very helpful. they do excellent arrangements and they have fresh flowers. I would recommend them to everyone.
Great florist – I've been buying my flowers from Fillmore Florist for a long time, few years now. They always have high quality flowers and plants, reasonable prices, long hours, and great constumer service. One word of advice- leave it up to them to make a beautiful arrangement; they know what they're doing.

Best Florist – I have been ordering flowers from fillmore florist for several years now for my girlfriend, and my girlfriend loves the flowers. they last for a long time, and they have a ok pricing. they even would deliver late in the evening. they are very accomodating.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE – Horrible, horrible experience. I called to send an arrangement to my friend who just experienced a loss and was treated TERRIBLY. The gentleman laughed at me when I told him what I could afford. I live in NY and they think we are rude?! **DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FLORIST**

Avoid delivery on Valentines Day – I ordered flowers from here in 2007. I ordered 3 weeks ahead of time and the arrangement was delivered at 5:30pm on Valentines day after my boyfriend had already left the office. The upside was that they gave me a refund, but what a disappointment.

Very nice florist, always have beautiful flowers and wondering employees – As a matter of fact, their flowers for valentine's day were beautiful. My wife loved the flowers and they lasted for 7 days. So defintily a great service.
Average – A very average place. Would not expect anything special, especially given the inflated ratings. Was disappointed with my purchase of a few roses on Valentine's Day. Small, mediokre, and they lied about not having others to swap out.
BEST FLOWER SHOP IN SF – I have to agree with the rest of the reviews here. They have beautiful flowers and great customer service. Their website is very helpful and I have been using their website to order my flowers. Their service is fabulous. This florist is one a kind in SF.
