I couldn’t go without leaving a review after my experience yesterday. My specialist had ordered a test for which I had been waiting two months to get an appointment. This week, I found out (through the hospital) that my specialist had never actually requested the authorization. When I called their office, the staff told me it wasn’t their responsibility and that I should contact my primary doctor instead. The receptionist has a terrible attitude and you can barely understand her English. She will argue with you and make you come in for a simple rx refill even though i was just there 5 months ago. Definitely don't recommend this place. The first appointment you see the Dr., then you only can see the nurse practitioner.

Excellent staff
Dr. Figueras is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I have multiple family members who see him, and very glad I decided to make an appt with his office. I also loved that they offer bloodwork in the office, there’s a small fee, however, it made my visit extremely easy and efficient. The entire team was friendly, and I had a great first experience. Highly recommend!
