Almost 3 years of training muay thai at Fight Factory and during this time I have noted my mindset and physical abilites have improved vastly. Tash, Luke and Alana are excellent trainers and will push you to the limit which enables you to realise you can do more than you thought. You will improve physically and mentally while learning a lot about yourself. This helps me not just in the gym but in everyday life.
Would recommend fight factory to anyone looking to try something new. Luke, Alana and Tash are absolutely fantastic. Their patience and guidance particularly for people with no experience in combat sport is second to none. Everyone is so welcoming. If you have been thinking of trying out Muay Thai, come along to Fight Factory.
I cannot recommend this gym enough! Awesome vibe, and everyone is really friendly. Great for both beginners and advanced fighters. Luke, Tash and Alana are amazing and are all fantastic at what they do!
Great variety of classes. Good for all levels of fitness. Friendly, knowledgeable trainers. Everyone is very encouraging.
