Had a great experience with my initial visit with Fig Garden Optomertry. Staff was kind and courteous. Dr. Jensen has been by far the best optometrist I've had in a good while. Glad that I have VSP and able to have them take care of my eye care needs.
Office clean, personable and efficient. Visited Dr. Jensen for second opinion for my sons vision and couldn't have been more happy with her and the staff!
I LOVE Fig Garden Optometry. I am severely near sighted and have worn glasses/contact pretty much my entire life. Eye doctor appointments use to give me anxiety. They made me feel vulnerable, because I was unable to see clearly. Thank goodness I found Dr. Krohn and Fig Garden Optometry. I have never had an eye dr who makes me feel so comfortable sitting in the exam chair. I would give them 10 stars if there were that many:)
Dr.Jensen is the best!!! Great customer service, girls at the front desk are nice and will answer all your questions. I love getting Debbie's opinion( not sure if that's her name) she's really sweet, with great advice on what frames look nice on you.
Front staff was so helpful and very understanding of our insurance benefits. Answered all my questions. The doctors there are so thorough and so friendly in explaining everything they are doing. I'm so happy that I found a place that our whole family could go to. Kid friendly office is such a plus! One on one assistance with finding the right frame.
I so ❤ & appreciate the true professionals who work here! I have been taking my girls here for over 7 years (since my youngest was 2). They truly care about the whole patient. Thank you!
