A great office for the entire family. Have never had a bad experience here. Staff is professional and still personable at the same time.
Amazing staff and Dr. Jensen is so great with my kiddos. They make coming to the eye doctor really fun. My husband and I even come here because we enjoy the team so much.
Starting with a welcoming office staff, and going through important screenings with an experienced professional, then seeing Dr. Jensen made today's appointment informative, pleasant and worthwhile. As a patient of Dr. Jensen's, I am pleased to say that I have always found her to be an attentive listener, a proficient communicator and a skilled doctor. I am grateful for all of the people at Fig Garden Optical and commend each of them for their kindness and attention to detail.
My first time ever getting my eyes checked and it was a great experience. The staff here was so friendly and knowledgeable they explained everything to me step by step as well as all my options. Dr.Krohn was just as friendly and helpful and made me feel at home. The best part was my glasses were ready in a week . I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Dr. Cole and the staff here are phenomenal! Prior to coming to her appointment (my 4 year old daughter) she was extremely nervous and scared but once she was taken back for her exam it all went out the window! The Assistan doing all the pre screenings was so friendly and funny it really made the experience fun for everyone! Lastly, Dr. Cole is very knowledgeable, caring and fun!
