This Bank Sucks. Solely because of them we have not been able to get back in our house after a fire and they have flat out told us they don't care.
This bank has completely messed me up financially. I will be closing my account with them after the holidays
I went to fifth third over a month ago to talk about refinancing. I gave the girl all my info, then told her let me know. I'm in no hurry. Over a month still no call. I walked into there yesterday and tried again. Teller says let me set you up with the woman in that office, and she points. I view some of the prior customer’s reviews and their experiences were not good ones. Unless things has changed an today being 03/02/2020. I stand on my recommendations.
