I’m so very frustrated with this bank. We have an auto loan and have been trying to setup an auto payment. The process for getting them this information is insane! Filling out forms and snail mailing them in only to have a response sent that I need to reply to via snail mail again. Yet, they will take my account payment information via the phone for a one time payment and happily charge me late fees for it. got a mail stating there was possible fraud with my account. I checked on my phone app and confirmed this was the case. been trying for 2 days to reach someone at the number on the mail. spent a combined hour + on hold. been dropped multiple times, told there was no problem even though I can see the illegal transactions. just a miserable experience all the way around. maybe my attorney can get through as my account has been compromised and you seem incapable of doing anything about it.
stop screwing your customers
long story short someone else wrote me a check that bounced and thos bank decided it's a good plan to lock my account for fraud, tell me it's being closed for someone else's mistake. to make matters worse, even though I have a balance I receive an email that I am half a million dollars overdrawn. reached a contact who helped me start to clean up the mess and boom two days later I'm half a million overdrawn again. I'm done... reckless and immoral practices. this bank should b ashamed of itself.
Five-year customer! The worst bank I’ve ever encountered including chase ‘(known to prey on working Americans and give their executives payouts. And Wells Fargo, who’s employees have also prayed up on hard-working Americans. Fifth third is the devil. Five-year customer!
Was treated extremely rude at the branch in Bexley Ohio. After waiting at least 7 min in the drive thru, I push the "call teller" only to have the Assist Manager Jason, bite my head off and ask WHAT I wanted. He then proceeds to tell me, they didnt see my transaction?? I then call the Customer Service line, only to have the agent NOT make the report. How did I figure out they dropped the ball??? I just opened up a 5/3 bank account here in Brandon Florida. I love everyone in the office one of the bankers (who is my personal banker) we share the same first name. Everyone gets the biggest kick out of it when we talk to each other out in the lobby. I love how I am interacting with a real human and not human on a computer screen like my other bank does. I would give this horrific company a zero if it were possible! Terrible communication and ridiculous customer service! Avoid them at all cost!
