Amy L at the Kettering branch does not seem to know what customer service means. She politely repeated herself while looking down her nose to me and would not assist me in making a simple deposit. Something I have done many tomes before with other bank employees who offered great service. Amy L is not in the mood, apparently to offer ANY service other than letting me know “the branch manager will be in on Monday.” Thank you Amy, I will be writing a letter to your manager and to their manager.
