Terrible terrible bank to deal with!!! Make sure you stay away from this bank if you have a account with these people close it immediately!!!! They pay car dealerships to run your credit even if you're preapproved somewhere else... Had to call them 11 times to finally speak to somebody that can takeoff a hard inquiry Because I don't have a account with them They want to give me a hard time to take it off ... No loyalty to there employees. They treat them like crap even for those who have been with them over 10 years. I will be closing everything I have with them and let everyone know how they do business and treat individuals.

Your Online Bill Pay is AWFUL !!! I have been banking with BBT and paying bills online with BBT is a breeze compared to 5/3rd !!! You pay one bill, and it will reach the payee in two days.........another one, it will take 7 days !!!!! I have ha to pay over 50,00 just last month in Late Fee's for them adding 4-5 days for the payment to get there. Going to have to switch back to BBT.
Sons house burnt down in July. give insurance check to them and said they lost it. It's now November and can't get work on house because they suddenly found it and they have to go through everything when they have been kept in the loop by all parties involved. this is by far the worst managed bank we have dealt with. PNC has all my business.
Frustration doesn’t even begin to explain the inconvenience this bank causes. Trying to deal with these small town banks are giant headache. They’re online banking lacks serious features and their customer service is the opposite of helpfulness
