Me and my roommate moved in here out of all the places that we looked at because we were told by baylee (the lady that gave us the tour) that the water/sewage bill would be capped at 30 dollars for us each making the bill no more than 60 dollars total. We’ve lived here for 6 months and always had the same total for rent & water. This month the water went up by 25 dollars each so 50 dollars total.
