Called to inquire about a service and costs. Owner identified herself and stated that she could not tell me how much the service would be and would have to find out when I get there. Even though she was unprofessional I still attempted to schedule for the next day. She offered an appt 15-20 mins from time of call on same day but when I clarified that the appt was needed for the next day, she became rude saying “I thought you wanted today, oh” then disconnected call while I was asking for what other day could she.
