Despite an unusual and annoying start to having the safety recall taken care of (probably due to “Central” booking), at the actual dealership, I experienced top-shelf service and communication. Having Uber transportation available and a “Direct” phone number for contact at Service made the experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finally, the brake repair had to be postponed due to the lack of a sensor.
