I purchased a 2021 M340i Xdrive in April of this year. From the moment I arrived to see the vehicle, there was extensive damage on the front end that had been conveniently concealed in any photos sent prior. When I asked what they could do to fix, David, the salesman responded with “We worked you such a great deal we wont be fixing that, but you can set an appointment with our guy and pay him”…. The team at Fields BMW South Orlando are a well-oiled “ultimate” machine. I scheduled for a routine yearly service visit. My service experience was very good. Everyone was very polite and professional. In particular my service advisor Mike Crenshaw was an extremely helpful and responsive communicator. Also, the complementary car wash was fantastic.
