Very bad parts and service department
I came in knowing that I wanted a newer car in the 500 series, so I told Tom what I was looking for and he showed me a 2015 500 Pop with a great incentive price, as it's now March 2016, and I fell in love with her. Tom and Chris made sure that the monthly payments worked for me and made me feel extremely comfortable. I love my little car and the maintenance and warantees I have, and can't wait to tell them how many compliments I'm getting from my friends and coworkers when I go back for a car wash!
Bought a 2015 Fiat 500 from them and the car buying experience was by far the easiest I've come across. Tom was extremely helpful throughout the process and the whole Fields Fiat sales crew were top notch. The perks of buying from Fields are great as well. However, my climate control makes a squeaking noise and the car is still under warranty so I brought it into the service department. They looked into it and supposedly ordered a new part but did not contact me and then apparently Fields Fiat is now closed so I can't even g... read more
Very bad parts and service department
The service department at Fields Alfa Romeo and FIAT Orlando, led by Junior with Spencer is phenomenal. They don't just look for the best way to fix a problem, they look for the best way to fix a problem with the customer in mind. They have quoted numbers for work and come in under those quotes. They have not replaced things that did not need replacing. They always provide clear and thoughtful explanations and resolutions for whatever situation arises.
