My husband and I held a private event in the skybox. We couldn't have asked for better service and Andy the manager was a pleasure to work with.
We were in town for my son's hockey tournament and we had a large group of 25 kids/parents. We were rudely turned away at another restaurant, so we decided to give your place a try. We were greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile and they quickly made accommodations to have us seated together. The waitresses were incredibly patient and very kind in handling multiple check requests. The food arrived quickly and I loved every bite of my pizza! Your staff did an outstanding job!

I love this place. However, we came for the MSU/Iowa game and were treated poorly by the staff at the door. We told them coming in that we had a party of four, and they wouldn't seat us until the last person was here, which is understandable. So we sat at the bar and were fine, and they came and told us they got us a table. So, the three of us sat and waited for our fourth. I apologize for your experience. We have a capacity of 330 people. Once we reach that, we can't let anyone in until people leave. Regardless if you have a seat or not for them.
I would not recommend this to anyone since it's changed from peppinos. I had friends go and save me and my boyfriend a seat, there were FOUR open seats at their table but they wouldn't let us in because they were "over capacity" this is poor customer service.

I came here because I loved Peppino's. However, this experience was not like Peppino's whatsoever. They had just switched over the menu (very abruptly we were told) so nobody working even knew what was on the menu. Asked to have a TV turned to another game (since all 20ish TVs had the same game on) and were told it's an MSU bar only so only the MSU game would be playing on the TVs. The food here is good but the service is terrible. We were seated at a table for almost 15 minutes before a member of the wait staff noticed we were there and needed menus/service. The restaurant was not particularly busy. We left, again without anyone seeming to notice, and don't plan to return.
