They just got new management, service is fast and food is great!
I was very disappointed in my experience at Fieldhouse. The food was very lack luster for the price that had to be paid. Service was mediocre at best. It took my guest and i around 30 min to receive our food when people around who had arrived after us received their food first. I don't know if it was just for a Saturday and they were expecting a lot of business but everything was served in a plastic cup, there was no glassware to be found. It saddens me more to see that this has taken place over Peppinos.
DONT EVER COME HERE. THE MANAGER IS YOUNG AND IMMATURE AND DOESNT KNOW WHAT HES DOING. THE BOUNCER IS A DICK AND TREATS EVERYONE LIKE SHIT CUZ HE WANTS TO FEEL POWER. THEY RUINED PEPPINOS, AND THIS PLACE NOW SUCKS. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I just left with my family and I can say I have never had poorer service before in my life. Upon arrival there were only 3 tables so I know our issues were not due to under staffing or anything like that. We had to ask for things that we had either ordered and didn't come (such as dipping sauces) or ask for things we just shouldn't have to ask for (such as drink refills or our bill).
