My wife had an appointment for 730 it is now 920 and she still hasn’t been seen why have a review process if you do not address the issues written in them. After reading several there is clearly a glaring one !!
Dr. Fields is one of the few remaining healthcare providers that really takes the time to review everything before making a diagnosis and determining a treatment plan. When I first saw her, she did go right into concentrating on my chart…previous labs, notes, etc. I realized she was focusing on gathering as much information as possible, which I appreciated. My mom goes to Dr. Field. She often has to wait an hour and a half to see Dr. Field. She may be a great Dr. but making your patients wait so long is rude and unnecessary. I have 6 different Drs I see and all of them are great Drs and all of them give me their undivided attention when I see them and I never wait more than 20 minutes in their waiting room. Have to agree with many of the reviews: even if you are a decent doctor you can’t keep patients waiting for hours. I’ve waited up to 2 hours on several occasions. Once can possibly be excused…. Perhaps St. Luke’s needs to train this practitioner & office location on time management.
I'm a new patient. My rheumatologist left another practice. I'm really happy with this office. They accept my insurance and I got in pretty quickly. Everyone seemed nice.
