We needed someone to check for a leak around our chimney and, after two months of calling the original installer, we contacted Fiddler Roofing for help. Jim appeared in-site at the exact time of the appointment, discovered a problem with the flashing, sealed it, and explained exactly what he did and why. We had previous "five star" experience with Fiddler's installation of a roof on another house many years ago and, given this most recent experience, their customer service is still top notch.
