He's a really good doctor, unfortunately his nurse and the service they're giving it's extremely sucky. Carmen, his ex-assistant used to be great. The new one you call her and she doesn't get back to you for weeks. You get an appointment and they take over an hour to assist you. Once they call you they make you wait anpther 10-15 minutes in the room. Once the doctor comes in it's a 5 minute consult. If you want to get quality service this is not the doctor you want.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Fidalgo and his staff. Carmen is especially wonderful. The doctor is very helpful, thorough, and extremely comfortable and professional bedside manner. I switched to Dr. Fidalgo after having a not so great experience with another doctor at a different practice early in my pregnancy. Dr Fidalgo took his time and answered all of my questions, and with respect. I didn't ever feel rushed or not valued as a patient. I will be a lifetime client!
In the time of my first visit with him, Dr. Fidalgo was very knowledgable and knew my basic important information. I found my self a bit disappointed to a certain degree because he seemed a little cold and disregarded my husband's presence in the room in the time of the visit.
Dr Fidalgo has been my Dr for over 20 yrs. He delivered two of my children and continues to be my Dr. I always recomend his practice when someone asked me for an OBGYN. Thank You Dr Fidalgo for the wonderful care on a regular basis and on my emergencies when needed.
