Dr fidalgo is a great doctor but the staff has become useless, hope he can see these reviews because once you get out of the office it's impossible to get to him. He prescribed something, it wasn't sent to the pharmacy, I called them and told me that someone will get back to me and I'm still waiting, this is a medicine I need and the staff doesn't seem to care
Dr. Fidalgo is an amazing doctor. He listens and is responsive to patient needs. I have endometriosis and he was quick to diagnose it, ultrasounds confirmed it and he performed laparoscopic surgery on me. I've had a total of 3 procedures related to endo done by him and he has always been compassionate, patient, well informed and kind. All of my procedures went very well. He is a skilled, knowledgeable doctor and that is SO hard to find these days. 10+ years with him as my doctor and I hope for many, many more.
I have been trying to make an appointment through his office for 3 days, calling incessantly and have received no answer. At one point, his secreatry answered and it got disconnected; I called a few seconds later and again, no answer. I've seen Dr. Fidalgo before, and he is a great doctor. His office staff, however, is terrible and unresponsive! I still haven't been able to make the appointment.
He's been my doctor for 10 years and I absolutely recommended.
Excellent doctor - he delivered my three children and I absolutely love his professionalism. I have known him for over 20 years.
