I have been going to Dr Fichter for close to 20 years. I hate going to the dentist but she is so understanding and makes it very nice. My youngest daughter had a hard time when she was 5 and Dr Fichter was so gentle she didn’t know she was getting shots until she was 16 and drove herself to get a filling with a friend and the friend pointed out she was getting a shot. 🤦♀️ However Dr Fichter is still just as kind, caring and compassionate with her to this day. Love this office! We have been coming for years and they always take great care of us!
We are relatively new to the office but we have been won over by the wonderful staff! It is a great experience every time. They are thorough and communicate each step along the way. The little details (like the warming neck wrap, the little tooth saver, and the distraction hand squeezy) add greatly to helping you feel comfortable. My 11 year old just got his first filling and a tooth extraction and it went smoothly. They are patient and kind with kiddos AND adults😉
Tried to reschedule a teeth cleaning since it’s going to be -40 on Wednesday and they’re telling me nothing until April- I will find somewhere else to take my business then.
I have been a patient for 20 years and the actual dental work I have received has been excellent. Although recently they have had some terrible billing issues. I decided to change dentists for other reasons and low in behold I get a outstanding bill for 150$. Some of these charges go back two years!!! Just a coincidence I’m sure. NOT! Highly recommend! The dentists do excellent pain free work , entire staff is very professional and helpful. Everyone is very friendly and I love the bird feeders and tv while in the comfy chairs!!
